Just wanted to stop in and make myself known. I hope it's appropriate for a requester to stop by. I've been sending out some transcription files - 10m 30s segments of an old man telling his life story. With very few exceptions, I've been getting great work back. Many thanks to all who have participated. We're wrapping up this section, but I think there will probably be more work as we progress through and get him to record more audio.

It's good to see a transcription requester stop by =)

Everyone here who does transcriptions wants to do well. Clear instructions, acceptable audio, acceptable pay = good start.

    Welcome Justin!

I also do transcription HITs, and I'm glad you stopped by. I missed your first batch of HITs, but I will keep my eye out for them in the future. If you have any problems with the work turned in, feel free to post about it in the Requesters forum so anyone working on your HITs can see it. That way if we work on your HITs, we'll know what things you like and don't like (as far as style).
