    The original email subject was "Enquiry", this one is "Inquiry".

    I think so, she may post an edited version to correct the typo, but seems like troll. Prob just an attempt to get all of us to think mturk is closing down.

    Playa, I'm waiting for my new laptop like a kid on Christmas Eve. No mturk for me until it gets here. I'm done fighting with that thing. I'm reading in other (non-turk but wah) forums and getting bookmarks and such emailed to myself

    What it looks like to me is a real customer care email that has been altered. Perhaps part of it is true, and others are not. Either way... sorry buddy.

    Yes, the first one was a copied, pasted, edited version of an actual support request. The headers are from an actual ticket. There are key differences though. One has been pointed out but I can see one more. The other is easily "fixed" so I won't mention it for future arrempts.

    Does it make them tons of money? I meant improvements for their customers really not necessarily so much for us.

    It obviously makes them enough that they don't feel the need to make any improvements. Improvements are rarely a sign that things are going *well*.

    FWIW, they "launched some new functionality" on the requester side recently (according to one of their replies in the developer forum). I don't know the details (I'm not a requester) so I can't say whether those changes would be considered "improvements" or not. ;-) ;-)

    No its Not Flase I have 100% accuracy then mutk has suspended.and saying that
    "Hello,

    I have checked your account and confirmed that the account was suspended on 08/01/2012 for a policy violation.

    Your case has been forwarded to our suspension research team to review the suspension decision and determine if the funds earned on your account will be paid to you.

    We will follow up with you only in the event that your suspension is reversed and your Amazon Mechanical Turk account is reopened.

    If you do not hear back from us, this will indicate that the suspension decision is final and funds on your account will be forfeited."
    I dint do anything like that..in

    The "F" word is quite common in evrywhere usage..LOL..To be frank i agreee with U ...A few scam requesters simply just deserve more than tht..HAHA
