i am an indian working on mturk since last three years . today i got a message regarding tax .i am supposed to fill th tax form . may i know any indian here who has filled the form can u please help me in it how to fill the form .i shall be very thankfull to you.
hi, same here from India. yesterday I filled my foam with my full name and full address as seen in my passport. but still I have lot of questions about indian tax rules. please edit this thread name something related to 'indian tax help' instead of just 'plz help' so that somebody will look and help. thanks.
its very easy.. click on "No" button regarding US Citizen then save and continue. select individual on type of beneficial owner. then give ur full address and finally submit the form. the sad thing is that we have to take printout of this form, after signing the paper we should sent this paper to US by post. I am from Kerala.. its around 600 rupees for mail a letter from India to US by speed post...
I am from tamilnadu. There is no need to send antything tax related document to amzon by courier. If you have completed everything in the form online that is enough.If anything is incorrrect in the form amzon will let to know what to do.In that case only[if anything error in the form] you have to send the printout of the docment by courier within 30 days.Otherwise you no need to do anything, you just fill the tax information in acccount setting that is enough.
no need to send hard copy of tax form. there is two option to sign. electronic signature and manual signature. just select electronic signature then put your full name and email id that used in mturk. thats it.
It's nice to hear that you're finished this. I wanna clarify some details. If I'll choose electronic signature option, what can I do that after? -> Type "My Name" using keyboard ( Aren't they want my signature using a E-pad signature device ) Are you got successfully verified from them? Just Entering my name is enough for this?
