nah. I played h1z1 for over a year when nobody knew Battle Royale existed. That's when it was enjoyable. Then they started the esports crap cause the investment firm (Columbus Nova) wanted more profits & it became a try-hard sweaty game. Played fortnite when it was brand new & not infested with 6-15 year olds. After Ninja blew up on Twitch it became unplayable for me. I've actually met the dev PlayerUnknown & community team of PubG. They personally invited me & my gf to one of their first mixers at PAX East in 2017. It was a bunch of streamers getting drunk in Boston basically. We used to be involved with streamers on Twitch so we got to meet them. This is all funny to me because I always hated the feel of his game so I never played it. Not really interested in Apex or BR's after that. Cool part: I went to a dinner with a few devs of H1Z1 & other streamers (I used to be a moderator for a streamer that averages 3,000 concurrent viewers per stream) & they were handing out exclusive skins that they were only giving out at PAX East. There was like 15 of us at that dinner so he gave us all one. I sold that stupid digital skin for $1700 when I got home which paid for the entire trip. It was called the Nightmare mask. Looked like a unicorn wearing sword protection. This was way before H1z1 went bankrupt. I'm toxic AF on Overwatch. The game's competitive mode brings out the worst in me. I'm still addicted to it for now.

I was playing a moba game called Paragon by Epic Games the same company who made Fortnite and I remember seeing it on the launcher a month before it came out. I bought the game in beta for 40 bucks and played the pve version for months before the battle royale was even out. I remember I made a post about it on this forum lol.
