Ugh even though it's rare one of the things I don't like about living in the South is that there are poisonous snakes. Michigan had snakes but they were all harmless. Spiders weren't dangerous either like they can be down here. Like ants, bees, wasps, mosquitoes were about as deadly as they come. I can't tell you how many times I've seen alligators close enough to me to know that if he/she wanted to take me down there wouldn't have been shit I could have done about it. Florida is like the Outback of the United States.
I've never seen an in the wild. I've seen few snakes outside. Be glad we don't live in Australia. That's where the scary creatures are. This thing is HUGE!
