same I wonder why exactly they want that specific demographic- I mean, I know that that's their own business and sometimes stuff is specialized for all sorts of purposes, but a lot of people older than 24 happen to be NOT DEAD and could give info too...

Title: Learn to predict whether a robot thinks images are the same or different | PANDA Requester: Patrick Shafto [ABYGLITD9LAX5] (Contact) (Req TV): N/A (TO): [Pay: N/A] [Fair: N/A] [Comm: N/A] [Fast: N/A] Description: In this task we are studying how people learn to predict how a robot categorizes images using feedback. The task will consist of three separate phases, where you will be asked to make judgments to determine whether you think the two images would be classified by a robot as from the same category or two different categories. The first and last phases will involve making judgments only, while the second phase you may occasionally receive feedback to let you know whether you were correct or not. If you have completed a similar HIT in the last few days, please do not attempt this HIT as you will not be approved for your work. Time: 1 hour(s) HITs Available: 1 Reward: $3.00 Qualifications: Location In US; seems broken, hangs after phase 1 someone on TO reports the same thing *quick response from requester, they had to cancel the hit they say they will post a makeup for partial credit.
perhaps you've already taken this one, but it couldn't hurt for me to post this here just in case this one from the NEL Research folks is still going around: $0.25 to watch a short video, but it can only be taken once https://worker.mturk.com/requesters/AQ2Q5N2WJZS9W/projects?ref=w_pl_prvw (I did it again and almost submitted it until I read the instructions to not do that, aojifjfff)
I had a look at the survey and I am guessing that they wanted people who had more recently been in school.
ah, that makes sense! okay, that I can get behind then~ (still, some of us are older than that and do school, but yeah, I get it)

Hi, guys...need your help! I used to know this, but.....how can I contact a requester when I don't actually have a completed HIT from them in my list? (I can't find a "contact requester" link anywhere else.) I got a completion code, but a weird glitch kept me from submitting the HIT. This is for that "Niv Lab" HIT with the HUGE bonus, so this is very important to me. I'm gonna be majorly pissed if I can't sort this out with them! Thanks!

If it's in your queue, you can click on the top left of the title or requester name and it'll bring up pop up window with the 'contact requester' on the bottom. If it's not in the queue, then: https://worker.mturk.com/contact_re...hit_type_message[requester_id]=A3RR9T5E327UK4 Hope they can help and get you paid.
when you have the hit open, upper left, hit details or sometimes it has the requesters name will popup details and a contact link I guess it was a big problem having several places with contact links and no more pesky worker questions if you haven't accepted a hit
I spoke too soon...tried it and got these error messages: No HITs match your criteria Unfortunately, there are no HITs that match your search terms and/or applied filters. Consider modifying your criteria or browse all HITs available. Strange... something is not right The provided website address is not valid. Below are all HITs available. So, still cannot contact them. But I DID accept the HIT...then it vanished. This is not fair. (Grrr....) Any other ideas will be gratefully accepted!
That link didn't work? The form shows up on my end. I got that link from the turkerview link. https://turkerview.com/requesters/A3RR9T5E327UK4-niv-lab Here it shows contact requester. See if that link works for you there...
if you haven't refreshed your hit que you can hit the back button on that page or reopen a tab that you had the hit que open you can get the work link and make up a viable contact link sounds like they made it more difficult to make up a contact link in addition to the name and requester id you may need the hit id
No go. Yes, the form shows up for me as well on both links you suggested -- it's upon trying to submit the message that I get those error messages. I perused his Tutrkopticon a bit farther back. No recent complaints, but seems like he had previously established a record of glitchy HITs and non-responsiveness to fixing them for us. So, even if I can contact him, I may still not get paid for the HIT. (Which would have given me my biggest non-lottery bonus ever - by far.) I'm still open to suggestions, but also reconciling myself to losing this one. (As Red Green once said: "At my age, you stop trying to win, and just try to lose as slowly as possible...")
On Reddit, someone mentioned a way. I haven't contacting a requester that I haven't had in my queue yet so I don't know if this works. Here's the link: https://www.reddit.com/r/mturk/comments/7sqckk/how_to_contact_requester_when_hit_is_gone/
