It usually says (in small print) on the inquisit page before you start. Also the setup file that you download will have that information if you right click on it and look at the properties.
At least the horrible java-based Inquisit seems to have died. Never had a problem with the normal 4/5 ones, but the java was always a problem. (Hell, java is such a security disaster I don't know if any modern browser even allows it to run anymore. IE probably does. lol)
