How many of you guys nap during the day? I never took naps but I am looking into it. I'm confused tho when people say to only nap for 20 min or 40 min or whatever and to set an alarm that's assuming you can fall asleep as soon as you lay down which is like impossible lol. Are naps just laying down with your eyes closed but not actually passing out?
I'm a napper (not every day, but when I get tired) and yeah, 20 min. is about it, but no alarms or anything. It just makes me feel better for the rest of the afternoon. I fall asleep almost immediately and usually get woken by a sound or something.
I don't take naps. Never works for me. I can't fall asleep when I try to nap so I just wait til night to sleep again no matter how tired I am. Shorter the nap, the better. So that you don't have hard time falling asleep at nights. To nap is to be asleep for short time.

Was watching last man standing and just learned Orca mothers stay in pods with their sons daughters and their offspring their entire lives. That's pretty cool! :whale::whale:
