These are for a large healthcare company that just needs to continually ensure the information in its systems is up-to-date. Calls are usually 3-5 min. Some people get turned off because we added all of the instructions to a PDF you can download. This is easier for those that do many though so they do not need to read full instructions each time, just the needed info.
