LMAO. Comcast should really pay their customers for dealing with their crappy services. Worst cable company by far IMO.
probably the worst customer service i've ever encountered I worked as a telemarketer selling Comcast cable services and whenever I would tell people where I was calling from they would start ranting about the crappy service...

I quit after a month, they sent me home every night because I wasn't selling enough to meet the quotas, telemarketing is an awful job!

i have a friend who works in customer service at comcast in colorado. i don't have comcast so i don't have first-hand experience, but from what i've heard from him, 90% of their calls involve something like "HELP MY TV ISN'T PLUGGED IN AND IT WON'T TURN ON" and "I HAVE COMCAST INTERNET WHY WON'T WINDOWS START", i don't know that, if i had to deal with that all day, i would be too motivated to provide great service all the time...
I was a telemarketer selling newspaper subscriptions for a long time, definitely the worst job ever, getting yelled at and hung up on all day
I do 50 or so 20 cent surveys a day. wasnt a risk technically when i did it. i took it well before bad TO started to appear. If i avoided every requester with zero TO i would average $5 a day. Have to take risks . The problem is our self made warning system (TO) doesnt not help until it is to late. it prevents future risks but not current. and amazon does nothing to protect us.
