Can't Find Good HIT's? 12/6

I came to this forum looking for a way to help boost my mTurk earnings since I am currently trying to live off of mTurk and Clickworker earnings.

I joined to answer a question that wasn't a HIT. As I read everyone's postings, and start figuring out who people are, I naturally want to add to the forum and "give back" for the education I have received. I also enjoy seeing people say they have been making more money due to the forum. People with full-time jobs are always fighting amongst themselves to make themselves look better in the eyes of their boss. Here, we all are helping each other succeed at something that is very results orientated.

 

Rubin is a tease. He sits there and makes me a lot of money that I already blew all week long, and now that I actually want to do something useful with my money, like pay a bill, he's MIA. Well played, Rubin. Well played.

wow so since i started doing rubin hits last friday almost all my other hits got approved, and now all of his approved... sitting at 33 pending... feels weird...

 

what is clickworker? similar to mturk?

Hi everyone, first-time poster. Crowdsource has just started issuing new qualifications for Title-writing to its Top Tier writers. They just posted over 1k of hits at .45 each - something to do after those Rubin hits if you have the qual!

Also want to say thanks to the contributors on this thread - I have learned so much from you guys!

I tried PPC the first time today- and had to do the movie and the survey- hit submit and it re-loads. So, I clicked broken at the bottom. I've never done that before- now what?

 

25K approved. Wow. Are you nuts by now?

 

I can't seem to get these to work for me.... I click the box to agree to the survey, then I enter all my info, and it just kicks me back to the "click here to agree".
Any suggestions?

I just realized something. who just mentioned a chat room for offtopic-ness? do you realize how much chatting would be going on in that chat? LOL you'd definitely miss what people are saying

 

For my first 3 months turking, I did mostly surveys and always had $40-60 pending. But since I met all of you and have been doing a lot of batch hits, I have almost nothing pending because they pay so fast. It's great, but sometimes makes me a little nervous not having that cushion and knowing there's still some there to pay out.

 

think i'm gonna take a break from turking and kill zombies til rubin posts again or tomorrow, whichever comes first...

 

I am grateful for this site, so many people who are kind. This forum makes a big deal in a turkers life. i haven't been here long but i'm glad I happened to find it. Everyone wins with this forum. While it definitely helps me with extra money, the laughing, jokes, comments, and even the avatars (that dancing man, my husband tries to imitate it o_o yes I know) brings a smile or a laugh to my day. Thanks everyone. Now I am done.
