do yall ever wonder about how you're contributing with some of these HITs? like the crowdsource (i think) ones about looking up results in google... always seems that the subject seems okay for a few, but there's always accusations of fraud, rape, murder, etc down the line...
mine have been pretty innocuous-looking professionals, one was sued for a variety of business-related matters though...
if you take out set masters, i've been averaging over a dollar per hit the past three days, i think i'm finally getting better at this... or just luckier...
I noticed it too. Lets see, a CEO who beat up his girlfriend, a priest/minister denying accusations of homosexuality, a CEO with mob ties, various lawsuits for fraud. Thats all I can recall off the top of my head but I am very sure there is more. No need to feel guilt though, because all us MTurk workers are doing is Google searches.

This is asked daily, but if you're a new turker, you're on 10 days of probation. After your first 10 days of active turking, you should be able to ash out on all that money.
That just means all your earnings haven't posted to your Amazon payments account yet. Give it time. Check back tomorrow. Edit: What they said about holds for 10 days on new accounts is true also. Forgot about that.
