thanks - i'm pretty much in the same situation, i had an old address in my amazon account and i changed it right before i signed up. the old one is where i was at earlier in the year when i sent in my taxes. ugh.

i haven't been suspended but i haven't gotten a response about my second verification attempt, the failure on the first one came back somewhat quickly this morning, and i haven't heard back from the emails either. i guess it doesn't hurt if an old address is in my acct, i'll just have to remember to select the current address when i order from amazon.com, which isn't too often...
