When I was blocked by ProductRnR nearly half an year back, I had sent them emails numerous times to unblock me. I never got any response from them. I had lost hope after coming to know that they belong to that category of autocratic requesters who block random workers for no legitimate reason. But I opened up my inbox this morning to find the following email: --------------------------------- Dear Worker, Based on worker feedback, we have redesigned our quality control system. In the new system, we use qualifications to determine whether workers meet the quality bar for our tasks instead of blocking them. As a result, we are unblocking you. We have notified Amazon about this so they can take the appropriate action. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have caused you. Please let us know if you have any questions. Sincerely, ProductRnR --------------------------------- This email just made my day. I'm glad that my MTurk account is safer now from getting suspended. Has anyone else had a similar experience with ProductRnR?
they unblocked everyone and everyone who's ever worked for them got the same email. They are talking about it over on the requester thread.
Yeah, i emailed them and they unblocked me, said it was a mistake. Then two weeks later they said they changed their rejection system. Has anyone worked for them since then?
I have done many of the productrnr hits. but now i am not qualified for the hits. They said my quality score 1.1 is 13. it must be less than 13. what is this? anybody please help me. please give me the mailing address to contact productrnr. Thanks.
