I was just wondering if I end up with a mass rejection from ProductRnR (didn't know they were bad til after I did almost 200 hits for them) - and my approval rating drops way down - what happens next?

Is there a way to redeem myself and get my rating back up to where it is?

Right now the ProductRnR hits are all sitting in pending status and I dont have enough hits completed to absorb the rejection if they decide to do that to me. So if I wake up tomorrow or one day in the near future to find they gave me a mass rejection, what is the recourse?

Hard work and a little bit more hard work. And if you top that off with more hard work you should be ok in 2-3 weeks.

Edit: SHIT sorry, editing in that you need to do some hard work. I think I forgot that earlier.

Depending on the approval rating you will end up having to do hits like oscar smith, redwood, and crowdflower to bring it back up.. Although I have been noticing a few more requesters with no qual for appoval ratings. I suggest for the future always browse the requesters thread.. product rnr has a HORRIBLE reputation and rejections are not your main concern.. they are known to give out hard blocks and after 3 hard blocks your account is suspended. Being new you need to check out the script section and download Turkopticon so you can read reviews of requesters if you have not already done so. Also, there is a nice script for a worst scenerio where it will tell you what your rating will drop to if all the hits you submitted for the day are rejected.. its kinda cool

Even if you are approved for these hits (which I hope will be the case :) ) you should probably stay clear f this requester... It will also take awhile to get your approval back up.. someone dropped from 98 to 92 and it took then 2 months.. If it happens you just have to stay patient and focused and keep turking :)

do a bunch of redwoods- like the caption review ones. Do crowdsource. Do oscars if they don't drive you nuts. Keep doing these small quick hits that always approve and you'll get your ratings back up.

edit: footballchick beat me to it. Listen to her. :)

I am definetly not doing any more for ProductRnR and I do have turkoption now and am reading reviews first.

I did a bunch for Oscar today and I did as many as I could for Crowd source on Friday and Saturday before they told me there are no more hits available. (I dont know if that means no more available for me or no more available but I can't do any more right now).

So far the only hits in the pending mode are Product RnR and Crowd Flower (only have seven of those). Here's hoping for the best.
from now on no more unless I see good reviews of the requester.

Sure hope you're over 1000 hits approved, if not 200 rejections is going to kill your rating making only a few requesters an option oscar hits and a few other low paying ones.

    Relax!!

Nothing has happened. ProductRnr is a terrible requester and one of their faults is slow approvals. I don't remember anything approved under a week ans sometimes its two. Right now I think they are on the defensive after the last mess and I expect them to be good little requesters for a while. Another mess like the last one and I think Amazon will step up.

what mess? Can you elaborate or direct me to a thread?

If they are slow to approve, thats great, hope they take the whole thirty days to decide one way or the other. Since I am new I can't do unlimited hits right now but I am planning on maxing out my hits every day til they lift the restriction next week.

There is two threads about it. The longer one is best. Look in the requester forum; everyone has access. But don't do any more for them; there are much better requesters like p9r.

I would do as many hits as you can while waiting for approvals or rejections from RnR that way if you do get handed a mass rejections you have some padding before it completely ruins your rating for awhile.
