You need to at least enter a credit card before making a purchase, even if you're planning to pay it all with your gift certificate money.

No you dont. I click on withdraw and put the amount I want in a a gift card and just go to Amazon click on the item I want and just put in the gift certificate number and it goes through. I have no debit or credit card on my account any longer. I deleted it when I started working on MTurk and it never asks me to put a new one in, just as long as I withdraw my funds to a gift certificate. So no credit card required to put in and you can still purchase. I've done it 5 times now with my money from Turk.

Ok, yesterday it wouldn't let me go without entering a bank account but I just tried again because of the above reply and it worked! Yay! :D So you might want to try again. It may have been a glitch.

I used a UAE address for the delivery and I had that same error message but when I change it to a PO box address in the US the error message went away.
