How do you get the export to csv feature to work? I tried it, expecting it to export a csv containing the hits I've worked on, so that I can import it to a spreadsheet in OpenOffice. At asked to download a csv file, but then downloaded some *.part file instead that I can't use. I'm running on Firefox. Any advice??

I came across this problem as well, I was able to access the file by opening it with Microsoft Word and I pasted the text from that into Mturk Database import box and was able to get all my data back, though it said I had 3 errors.

My database was borked up for one reason or another (too many pending HITs maybe?) so I deleted it, intending to just redo it. However, now it just sits there saying "Please wait: script monkeys are preparing to start working". I left it on overnight, and no movement whatsoever. Any ideas?

    I am using Chrome.

Ut oh I think that the database broke... I'm in firefox, went to do a usual update to the database and now all the R & T boxes are gray, the pending and projected earnings are ----. Any idea? Damn I never exported a CSV either...

Yep, my entire database just disappeared the other day in Firefox. I can't find the folder where it's supposed to be either.

I tried reinstalling, won't work. Deleting and reinstalling greasemonkey, that doesn't work. There's just no database and no way to reinstall. Fairly lost. :smash:

    Any help much appreciated.

ps...I really wouldn't mind at all paying something to help support updates for this script...

I'm trying to get the Database to work in Firefox, but it's stuck on the script monkeys are preparing crap. I tried to add it to Chrome, and it is doing the same thing. Is there another script that's similar?

I've got the same problem as chihuahuagurl. Problems started when Firefox updated itself.
