If you receive a bonus and want to find out who it's from, you need to view the payments details. Go to Account Settings, click View your account balance and transaction history, and then you'll be at the Daily Summary screen. From there, you can scroll down to any date and click on it to see payment details. Once you choose a date, you can click Details on any transaction to see who paid you and whether they sent you a bonus or regular payment in the For section. A bonus will read something like this: SPECIAL NOTE FOR REQUESTERS: Workers never see the message you leave for them when you issue your bonus. And aside from following the really convoluted method above, they may not ever know who the bonus is from. Please bug Amazon about getting this changed! Workers have been pleading for this for ages; but requesters have more pull than we do.
Thanks for this. Last week someone gave me a good bonus and I've since been wondering who. Now I will go back and check!
Asking customer support does sound simple. I actually don't know how to contact customer support. Any bemused person who can stop laughing long enough to tell me, that would be cool. thanks, naively yours..................GRRL
