Hi Ashish, I don't remember when I started turking. Is there any way I can find it out? However, I can at least remember that I joined Mturk much before you; yet I haven't made even half of what you have (due to a specific reason, I avoid to share my statistical info here. All I can give here is my HIT APPROVAL RATE which is currently 98.8%). The reason behind this may be that I lack one of the basic requirements for most of the HITs. And that requirement is "MORE EFFORT". I'm too lazy to work on HITs that require to put in more effort. If there are HITs that require a little effort, I surely go for them. But bring in something that requires more effort and I'm out of it. High rewards have also failed to motivate me to go for them, at least so far.
