I just checked and you're right! Turkalert has their own subforum, but not TO. What I wouldn't give to know the backstory on that!
It really bothered me when spamgirl posted that discussion of TurkOpticon is no longer permitted without stating any reason why. Yet we're still allowed to use TO ratings in our ratings of requesters on TN.
That's how it went down? Not that I'm in the loop or anything, but I remember her claiming that there was no way to give him special access without meeting the qualifications.
Yeah, I remember the creator saying he could not access his own section of the forum. But I stay out of the loop as well, as I think most of the TN community is.
Wish I could give you more hun. The problem is... I really don't know. Just like many things that happened over there. Hell, I don't even know why I was banned. Same issue I guess... Short version... I think I pissed a certain someone off. LOL Gee, I can give special access on my website. Then again, mine is open to all anyway..... but I do know with the software TN uses it is VERY easy to do. LOL
Yes, I meant I think most of TN does not know the reasons behind certain rules and why really nice and helpful members like Stlrfn get banned.
1) posting a lot and.. 2) being helpful ...is what gets you banned/modded/etc from Turker Nation now. Seriously.
