Does anyone know the email address or any kind of contact information on speechink? I wanted to ask a question but don't see a email contact or any kind of contact information for them anywhere.
The only E-mail address I have for SpeechInk is info@speechink.com. I sent them an E-mail once because they were correcting my home inspection transcriptions from UK English, which is specified in their instructions, to American English. (i.e. "coloured" to "colored", "grey" to "gray", "panelled" to "paneled", etc.)
Yes that is the right email. I am signed up at their website- speechink.com and that is the email I got in my welcome email.
Yep all rating notifications and other contact comes via info@speechink.com. Replies are fairly uncommon, in my experience.
I think speechink people are very cooperative but sometimes the editor have very ridiculous editing methods. They add commas and remove them from my transcript at their whims. But it is also a good learning experience.
