New here... Iv been reading a lot and just using this page as a non member but now I have some questions. I couldnt find the answers anywhere on google or this forum.

I have done quite a bit of hits, and im finally starting to see them pay out. But its all in my "account balance" and only a few cents in my "Disbursable Account"? And the weird thing is, my Disbursable Account has been fluctuating up and down the past few days. Like from 89 cents, to 2 cents, and now today its 32 cents.

wtf is going on???? I do the hit - It gets approved, then 10 days later its paid to my account... but then how long until its all in my disbursable? And why does it keep fluctuating randomly???

Its so annoying to work for pennies, then have to wait a month to be assured that you are even getting paid.

Thanks if anyone can clear this up for me!!!

I'm not sure if I can help, but I'll try.

Are you in the US? I believe the US is the only country that you can transfer cash into a banking account. In India you have to request a check. All other countries you have to spend your money on Amazon.

I don't have a 'disbursable account' list. Maybe this is for a different country?

Have you verified your bank account with them?

I'll be online for a while longer. If you get right back with me, I'll give you some suggestions on what to look for.

I'm not sure what issue you are having, this is definitely a new one to me. The only "balance" I have is when I click on "account settings" and it shows my current balance (or that's how I would do it, if I didn't have a script that displays it at the top). I know there's the part of your dashboard that displays your "Total Earnings" but that's not the same, that includes all of your hits that are approved, even if they are still in pending payment status.

Can you post a screen shot of what you are referring to so we've got some idea of what you're seeing? Obviously black out any personal information that might be present in the shot.

I don't know if this is of any help, but it's something I found:

    https://payments.amazon.com/sdui/sdui/about?nodeId=200274730

"Your Account Balance is the total amount of money in your account, including credit or debit transactions. The Disbursable Balance displays the total amount of money available for immediate transactions. It does not include any pending transaction amounts or the reserve balance.
The Reserve Balance is a minimum balance maintained in your account to secure performance of your payment obligations. To learn more about Reserves, see our online Help Reserves Policy topic."

Hmm, that's weird. When i go to that same screen it doesn't say anything about disbursable balance, all I have is the account balance listed.

Do you use amazon payments to make purchases from Amazon.com? From the sound of it it seems that if you make an amazon purchase, it initially will show that money still being in your account balance, but is removed from the disbursable funds. That's the only thing I can think of.

I also just have the "Account Balance." You might try your luck emailing, but good luck getting an answer. Also, when you get to the bottom of what's going on, you don't want to leave any money in your account. I always try to transfer my funds every time it hits $10, even if that's more than once a day.

There are too many horror stories of Amazon closing accounts with no reason and you lose all your money.

I am with everyone else on this, I have no idea what that 'Disbursable Amount' means or why you even have it on your account. Mine just shows my account balance and that's it.

I have EXACT the same problem!!!! I am new too and only started maybe 12 days ago. Yesterday my balance was $10.25 that's it. Then today I notice it went down to .98 cents for the first time.

I am not gonna keep working only to find out they are ripping me off of my earnings.

And yes I do have business account even though I never use it. I had it set up to accept payments from Amazon Payments in case I was selling some stuff elsewhere where they don't take PayPal. I don't know if that has to do with it.

I think I read somewhere this is because we are new? I will wait few more days to see if the Disbursable Balance changes and if not I will email Amazon and ask them to remove that since alot of you never heard of that. It isn't fair that some of us are held back due to "Disbursable Balances", whatever that means.

This more than likely is because of the business account thing. MY "disbursable" has finally started getting higher and staying there after so many days. But now im waiting on "14 days from my first transaction" to be able to withdraw. So i should know on the 18th whether or not all of this will be okay.

Accounts linked to business accounts do this i guess...and its possible that once we are able to withdraw..there might be a "reserve balance" on there as well. I wouldnt worry about getting ripped off though. Just keep working and I believe itll all come together once you have completed 10 work days, and 14 days from the first deposit that you received.

The "disbursable" will fluctuate at the beginning though. Just make sure that your "account balance" is okay and check the "status" of the Hits you completed.

And as I say all of this, i realize my Disbursable went from 30 dollars to 3 Lmao. I have no clue..... All i can say that its a pain in the ass if your account is linked to a business account... Ima wait until the 18th and see if everything evens out, if not..they told me to take my money out of my account, ask to have my entire account closed, and reopen a new one. How convenient....

Thanks for replying RonPaul. Yeah, the only thing we can do is wait it out and see. Hope you do not have to start over again. My idea was to close my business account and just have personal. I never use the business one anyway. Funny how no one has this problem but us. lol.

    I'll update if anything changes...

Here's what I found online, some bit of info...

Amazon Payments may require that new Business and SellerAccounts maintain a minimum balance in your Payment Account to secure theperformance of your payment obligations. We call this minimum balance a Reserve . For the firstsix months with new Business and Seller Accounts will be placed in the Tier I Reserve.
The Tier I Reserve amount is the sum of all unresolvedtransaction disputes (that is, chargebacks and claims) and the trailing 14 daysof sales activity.

So an account can have a negative balance to cover thedeficit of the trailing 14 day sales and pending transaction disputes.

If you need more details about your account in specific, please contact us here: https://payments.amazon.com/sdui/sdui/contactus
