Under Mturk it shows that my tax information is verified. But under amazon payments it won't even let me in the part to look at my tax stuff because they say they have not been able to verify my information. So I guess I wait awhile for them to get into their offices and give them a call.
So it says that we can't receive funds... so what happens when pending payments from requester try to go through? Stay pending? I did a LOT of HITs yesterday. :/
Clicking on 'verify your bank account instantly' just takes me back to the screen that says it's been disabled. Is that what everyone else's does?
I just got off the phone with Amazon Payments, and they had no helpful information except saying that my account was not verified for some reason. They are pushing it up to specialists that verify tax information and I should receive an email with 24-48 hours.
Did you even call them before firing off this rather abrupt email? Numerous people are apparently having this same issue; when I called Amazon Payments just now I was told by the representative that I spoke to that mine was the third consecutive call that she had taken. I was also told that the group that will be handling this issue won't be in until about 9:30am EST and that she would forward my account information to them. So my suggestion would be to take a breath, relax, and let them fix the problem before you fly off of the handle at them.
I'm having the issue too. I emailed them. I hope it's resolved quickly! (not that I have any money in my account anyway! )
I am having the same issue. Only $25 in my account but I need it to pay a bill Saturday. Just my luck! :-/ Hopefully it is resolved soon.
As soon as they get this mess straightened out I am going to start daily withdraw. Should have listened to others suggesting it before. Oh well.
I used to withdraw at 10 then went to 20. Today was my day to withdraw. I am also going to daily withdraw now. I do not care what I have made I am going to withdraw it.
I don't think so. I just spoke with Haley in Customer Service who basically said she thinks it's a problem on their end, and that everybody's accounts are affected. All she could assure me is that they're working on it.
This is the follow-up email I just received: 1-2 business days sucks, but I'm guessing with all of the furor that's going on, they'll get it dealt with sooner than that. Just a suggestion, if you want to contact Amazon Payments to add your complaint, that's fine, but try not to take it out too much on the CSR's. It's not helpful, and they're having a hell of a day, too.
Ive only made 250$ total for the year (Started turking 2 months ago) My tax info claims verified and ive withdrawn a few times recently but im limited right now also. Must be them.
