I consider Dudi to be unethical if not an outright scammer. I wouldn't do any of his HITs and would recommend that others avoid him, too.

 

Darn. I have a few of his outstanding and am waiting for approval. Now I'm hoping he just ignores them and they just auto approve.

Dubai has just posted 2000 hits on mturk.............i just wonder why he is not busy approving the hits that have already been completed.

 

I've never done his hits. Sometimes when you read very carefully, the criteria for getting the hit accepted, you can sense an underlying menace there. That's the feeling I got from that requestor, so I never even tried one of his hits.

 

I have no experience with this requester, but I agree with Shego that some requesters use such language, they make you run from their hits. They remind you of a strict and extremely disciplinarian teacher at school.

 

LOL, sonica. I had a third grade teacher like that and I swear she gave me post traumatic stress disorder.

 

I know we're getting terribly off the beaten track here, but I once had a math teacher in 5th grade who called EVERYBODY by their last names. Now, as an adult, I would love it because I'm all grown up. But back then, it made me feel weird. Maybe because I'm a female and that wasn't typical protocol for addressing a lady.

Now back to Dudi--maybe we should all conduct a little experiment. We could all accept one hit, do it to the very best of our ability and see what happens. We could all share our experiences and if it turns out that the vast majority (or even half) have a negative experience, then we'll know to avoid this requestor. Just a thought

 

I agree! You'll find that mturk's policies are more for the benefit of the requestors at this point, and not the workers. ergo and Andy are going to change all that. Right guys?

 

I sure hope they are working on making this a 50/50 deal between workers and requesters. Dudi in particular has me afraid to to more than just a couple of hits for any requester I have not become familiar with yet. The length of time it takes for approval/rejection is ridiculous, and his rejection rate is high!!! I would love to know how he is allowed to post new batches of hits daily and ignore the outstanding hits!! My advice on this requester is stay away, far far away! Unless you really want you approval rating tanked and not be able to work any legitimate hits.

I have been waiting for 3 weeks, for dudi head to approve my hits i had 45 pending, he rejected 25 out of that 45, making my 100% rating drop to 85%, I am furious!.......do you think Mtuk will do anything about this?

 

mturk will probably not do anything about it. I never, ever do more than a couple hits for someone I've never worked for. If they approve the first few, then I know they have integrity and I'll work more. I can't believe he rejected 25 out of 45. We should boycott his butt!

 

Anyone have his requester ID? It's shown in the URL whenever you're doing someone's HITs or when you go to the contact requester page. I'm building a requester database, but for some reason I keep missing his HITs and never have the chance to get his number.

i am probably confused because i looked for it in the URL too and i thought it said
A3SCCWFBMYIZB6 but there were a couple sets of numbers. i never even noticed this in the URL so you learn something here everyday.

anyway, if you are looking for it ergo, dudi has just under 1000 hits posted now so you should be able to find him there.

i myself have never done his 10 cent hits. doesn't he offer easy 2 cent hits?

 

I copied the first one from the contact a requestor page. Of course it looked much different when I copied it--about 5 lines long...lol.

 

Yesterday I saw his hits posted on mturk, so visited this forum and checked what others had to say about him. After going through the feedback I did not work on any of his hits. He had posted loads of hits, so if people are getting rejections from him, than who is doing these hits?

 

Thank you both! Now that I see his HITs, I remember trying a few some months back. It's pretty hard to find anything meeting such strict guidelines, so I stopped bothering. I'm not going to spend 10 minutes on a 10-cent HIT.

There's someone else who posts HITs looking for various kinds of legal documents in the public domain, but I believe she offers between $1-$2 for each one.

Unfortunately, I did not know about this forum until well after I had done multiple hits for Dudi. So anyone who is new will be unsuspecting and working these hits for him. There is always going to be someone he can take advantage of and it just seems very unfair for him to be allowed to get away with it.
