While yo are working on a HIT and youhave some important work to attend to and want to complet it later, can you pause the time and return to the HIT later to complete it? If yo can't pause th time, can you return the HIT and return to the HIT again later?

As long as the HIT does not expire anytime soon, you can just log out of MTURK and return later, yes. To find the HIT again, looks under "hits assigned to you".

    You cannot pause a hit.

You cannot pause a hit, the moment you accept a hit, the timer starts. If you have extra time, you can return to the hit later on. Once you return a hit, you cannot accept it again. The system does not allow you to accept a returned hit.

Yes. If you click on Hits, and then click on "HITS assigned to you" you will find all of your current accepted hits that have not expired. Time ticks down the entire time you are away from it, but you can come back to it if time allows.

I picked up 10 cult movie reviews and had 5 days to complete them. That was pretty good as they gave you a link to download the movie and you could watch it in the corner of the screen while doing other hits. Anyway the time ticks on, but you can complete other hits in the meantime.
