Why in the world would anyone GIVE you their account? Besides the fact it is completely against the rules you would be earning income on someones tax information. Wisen up. If they denied your account you deserved it.
Just one caveat about 2much's fine response: you could also have been turned down because you don't live in the U.S. That's been the only country of residence MTurk has accepted since July this year. (And no, we don't know that they'll be changing that anytime soon.) Wherever you live, his main point still stands. What you're asking is for someone to help you commit fraud. No one here will do this.
Like naturegirl says, that is committing a fraud if someone gives you a 0 account. It is someone's account. Not yours. The answer is no. Go work somewhere else.
It looks like mechanical turk is not for you. Even if amazon had approved your account, I can tell by what you write that are not an honest worker. What you are asking is fraudulent and unethical.
