I was trying to do my first calendar, but I couldn't submit it. It erased my data and said I didn't enter all dates. What does that mean?
All the calendars I have found are not clear on a day off. They list Good Friday, MLK Day, and Columbus Day as equivalents while never saying what days are actually off. Also, the links for the district website and Google search do not work in many cases. I am clicking directly on the name of the district to get the calendars.
The same thing happened to myself and a couple other people. No clue why it happened. I'm hoping it doesn't happen again.
It cleared a calendar on me as well when I tried to submit. I figured out what happened almost immediately after I'd done it. I had marked the last day of school, but had forgotten to mark a last calendar day. Haven't had a problem since. Though I wish it wouldn't clear the whole thing when you accidentally forget something.
I haven't had any issues yet. I was getting in a nice flow until I hit one in a very odd list-like format. That one took me a while. Might try a few more and wake up early.
I bet that's what happened to me. It really shouldn't be clearing the whole thing out. I worked probably 6 or 7 minutes on the one that cleared out on me and had to redo the whole thing.
It cleared all the info for me to when I tried submitting without inputting the "Last Day of Calendar." I just make sure to input that first, along with first day of calendar and first and last day of school, URL, revised date and if future calendars are available. It's easier that way for me.
Are you guys inputting "full day off" for the teachers in service days right before the first day of school or are you leaving them blank?
Well, I made it thru one, but am gonna call it a night and work on them tomorrow. Hope everyone has a great night.
