If a site lists it takes certified checks, should I just include it in the notes? I hate to just click "check" because a certified check is way different than taking your checkbook with you to the dr's office.

Not sure if this was answered before, but do you want services that aren't dentistry related? I have a plastic surgeon who is a DDS but doesn't offer any dental services

 

Offer any services that are offered through the providers specialy. Plastic surgeons can be DDS also as its like a sub-specialy of surgery.
