    This is pretty hard in some of them. I got one where it lists them in paragraphs. Such as:

    CROWNS
    (paragraph to explain)
    DENTURES
    (paragraph)
    IMPLANTS
    (paragraph)
    ...etc...

    So forth. Do I manually type in the procedures like so:

    CROWNS
    DENTURES
    IMPLANTS
    .....
