Can't Find Good HITs? 12/29

    There's a lag between when things get Approved and when they are Paid. You can filter in each day to see what is Approved - Pending Payment

    This is because the HITs are approved, but the payment has not gone through yet. Amazon transfers from the requesters account balance to yours, but this may take a few days. This does not happen on weekends, and most of the time, not on holidays.

    No TO, You have to download an App for an Android phone and answer a few questions about your contacts...took about 5 minutes. I know not everyone is into downloading apps, but I figured there was not much out there today :)

    I couldn't get it to work in Chrome. I switched to Firefox and it worked for me.

    No, I don't do CF hits because of the bad TO rating. But maybe I'll do the tweet ones if their safe.

    CF is safe rejection wise. They no longer reject work, it seems.

    The bad TO ratings are either old, or complain about the bad QC system as well as low pay on some of their batches.

    They're safe to work for, although they're by far not the best option.

    I've never heard of CrowdFlower rejecting, though never say never. They will normally just cut you off from that specific HIT if you miss enough of their quality control questions. Their quality control can really be screwy, which is why most people get upset with them.

    I just got an exact Rubin instructor duplicate. Unfortunately, it's Gen Biol 1, so there's like 6 instructors...

    3 day ban for deliberately provoking other members, a post which has been deleted. It was reported to me as being offensive and I agreed with the sentiment.
