4Git Rubin Man! What I wanna know is, when is that Mark Lepper dude coming back?

I need to build up my hits to overcome 2 Delf rejections I got yesterday from not paying attention.... Darn that Adult ADD Inattentive Type!!!!

OK so...I hope the Gods did not hear me say "4Git Rubin Man!" I take it back...

 

You bet, I'd love to know what's going on behind the scenes. Without Rubin it's a grind to meet the daily goal.

OK, so I'm going to stop whining over things I cannot control and try to figure out how to get to $40 a day without Rubin. Anyone have any ideas?

How do people become Junior and Senior members on here/ it seems like numbers and time has nothing to do with it.

Just the amount of post you contribute to the forum. I think after 200 you become senior member.

 

Do you do transcripts? Write? Got to have a baseline to work with then fill it up with surveys and batches like two lakes/medcrowd/larazzo/schneider/etc.

 

I think having over 100 posts automatically makes the status "senior member."

 

It's all conjecture on my part, but unless something unforeseen happens or it picks up considerably, you're going to have a tough go of making that goal w/o Rubin...of course outside the normal answer of "writing and/or transcribing". Just start grinding hard on low-paying stuff with good TOs for a few hours, I'm talking grind to the point of not even checking your Account Status or this forum or facebook or anything, just either search for HITs and do HITs. When you finally come out of the other side you'll probably be pleasantly surprised. At least I am every time I go on the grind...

Other than that, I got nothin'.

 

Well put.....grinding takes time and sacrifices.

 

I make my $40 by nailing every Amazon Requester that pops, working on Chirpsy hits and as many CrowdSource moderation hits I can find.

 

When I try to grind while at home:

 

Chirpsy pays really well and increases qualification pretty quickly to higher levels. He is a great requester to work for. I'm a senior mod. for him. Someone to check out.

 

Darn wish i could get a handle on Chirpsy but I don't do tweet lingo and the other thing many like is the Sentiment hits which apparently I am really bad at.

 

Yeah, I guess I forgot to mention...with the right Qualifications everything I just said is moot.

 

There is no tweet lingo involved at all. It is all headline writing (inside of tweets but no tweet lingo).

OK, so...I started out on MTurk doing CW transcripts, but now for some strange reason I cannot STAND them because it seems as though the vast majority of their jobs have nearly indecipherable speakers.

I love the CT scripts, and I would love to focus on those, but they are few and far between.

Now, I did get into the whole "make money online" thing wiring for sites like Associated Content, then I branched off into making more than $1K per month writing for eHow, but then those two cash cows came to an end...

Maybe I should focus more on the writing hits. I can write, I just do not particularly enjoy writing.

However, if it makes me money I need to buckle down and just get to it. But...that is the problem with Adult ADD (I was serious by the way), we lose focus easily with stuff we generally do not like...unless our backs are up against a wall. Sooooo...Im going to try to take a "back against the wall" attitude and attempt to laser target the writing hits between the great requesters like Rubin.
