I'm an idiot and I was trying to copy my personal code I accidentally closed the tab, and now can't log back in because I don't have the code.

    Morning kids.

  6. Already? Well damn, that went fast.

I guess it's time to start pretending to be normal again.

Top of the morning to ya!

  8. well the link isn't a PDF, just a text file that has all the words on it from the paper displayed. I only use it if the letters are really tiny or if the names are really long. Otherwise, I just eye ball it and type it in myself. My typing speed is pretty fast so the only real thing slowing me down is having to scroll every time I finish writing in a model number.

I can't seem to find model #s, is this happening for you or am I missing something?

I'm ready for a batch of course HITs to be let loose upon me! C'mon Rubin!!

  11. I use the numbers in the name of the product for the model numbers if theres nothing else. Example, Epson Stylus Photo 800. That 800 would be the model number for me.

If there are no numbers period, I select the box under. I've been approved for all the ones I did so far :D

I figured this out, just wasn't sure if it was right. Thanks!!

  13. that was weird....I finished the survey in like 20 seconds and I got a code. When I went to submit I got a message in Mturk saying something like i had done all the work I could on that hit. Well, that sucks, and I do not remember the requesters info to send him/her the code... Did anyone get this one done properly?

I didn't do the HIT because I didn't qualify. So I'm not sure what that error is. I'm sorry, I feel bad now.

I guess MTurk feels like I have been cheating on her with my day job....

Since so many requesters like the majority rules way of life, what does the majority on here suggest we do about this?

Just got a rejection from Survey Intelligence for the 'check the banner ad' HIT and it was totally unwarranted. Their TO looks green at first glance, but when you actually read the reviews it's not so good. Lesson learned for me. I emailed them, but will be steering clear of them from now on. On the plus side, they reject (or maybe approve) quickly!

    Murder it with fire.

  18. There's a thread about it here.

Personally, I would suggest waiting for a bit and following that thread as it develops...at this point I'm pretty sure that Amazon is hearing plenty about it.

Edit: Disregard my suggestion. Paul is right.

  19. Nice! But I am stuck at work. So, I hope that this answers a lot of questions... but it just opened more questions for me.

  20. Yeah, but I mostly read this one and that thread seemed to be more about complaining and bitching about it. Usually, when there is a problem, this thread seems to get it done faster and with less crying.
