I did not believe that I can really make money by this before I started. Now the result is good and I can have the beer money at least.
Yes, making money from mTurk is pretty easy. I've made more money on mturk in two days than I have on my adsense in a year. I don't think mTurk is a get rich quick scheme by any means. The pay rate is so low for the time required that I wouldn't even make minimum wage
I have made an ok amount of money I guess. But I have seen posts of people when mTurk first started that made thousands of dollars for their work. I would love it if that was possible here now!
Money I have been litterally nickle and diming my account to an OK amount. I think if more people were a bit more choosy about the pay per task, the offers would tend to rise. This is a supply and demand climate. If everyone keeps taking pennies for long duration tasks, no-one will be making anything close to minimum wage.
Yes, you can make money. It won't be good money but it's money nonetheless. For me, whatever little I can make on mTurk is worth it.
I totally agree with BourbonJohnson. Some hits are far too low for the amount of work needed to complete. I stick with the 0.5 and over and choose hits which can be completed in maximum 3 clicks in all. I managed to accumulate quite a resonable sum in these past 6 months so I intend to continue for a while longer until I find other work at home jobs which pay better - hopefully soon....
It's better than nothing...I am eagerly awaiting the day i can buy a book with my earnings! It will have to be a pretty small book however...
I haven't been payed yet, but I just started. It seems like you wouldn't get much from doing it, but something to do when you're bored.
I think so i just restarted doing Mturk work i first started out the day they opened up the site and back then they only had 100 or so hits and all of them worth 5 cents so i think they have come a long way and yes i do think you can make money with mturk. If anything you'll have enough for a beer or two if you do it right.
You can absolutely make money here, just not too much in a short period of time. You need patience, but hey you're not begging on the street

well i think you can make good money if one works hard, but working on mturk can never make you rich.
