One I did and then another one I didn't and just left the information blank for experimentation. I'm pretty sure that it's the first one but I just email the requester asking about that. I've only did 6 all together but you should really contact the requester about that as well.

ETA: I suppose if you regularly delete your browsing history, cache and/or cookies you'd need to fill it out regularly.

i got 700 recently so i can describe two lakes.
im drunker than drunk atm and I did 15 of them with easy in under 10 seconds each, very accurately. they are very easy.
no idea on medcrowd.
