I did some of his last batch, though they have not paid out yet. He has good TO.

Mine haven't paid out yet either. $90+. Keeping my fingers crossed since his TO is good. I am going to go ahead and do more.

    Thank you.

I usually just google the name, and if it is a common name, add the school. I have also checked the school directory

It seems the vast majority in this set are ex students. Which make it a real pain to find.

They were easier last night, when the batch was fresh ;)
Yeah, they will get progressively more difficult as the cherry pickin’ continues.

I just did one and the guy got out of the college in 89. Wow I mean how far back will Matt be taking this?

The only suggestion I have is to use Bing for these. They have that social sidebar thing on the right, so when you find one on LinkedIn you can mouse over the search results and see the abbreviated version. Saves a little time.

Was he a instructor, lecturer, or professor? I have found many current students, teaching assistants, phd candidates but none who graduated that long ago and aren't somehow connected to the university.

It is more difficult with common names to find the correct one. John Smith might be a current student or lecturer but there is more than likely a former student with the same name

Oldest I had was a professor that graduated in 1962. There's been a few that were in the 1970's.

No he worked for some random networking place across the country.

It also seems like the vast majority I do are students or ex students not very many teachers at all.

I find a lot of students who were teaching assistants or lab assistants at some point in their careers.

I started doing these on the 24th, so I should see approvals and/or rejections by Saturday night.

EDIT - Several days worth paid out this afternoon.
