For those of you worried about doing writing hits, look... I can't spell restaurant (I'm using the spell checker now to correct it) and I do rewrites for goldsmith, so I am 100% sure yall can do them too. Next time one pops up, accept it and try. I agree with whoever ever said this (not sure)It will help your self esteem. It sure helped mines. I figured that since I can't spell restaurant, writing hits weren't for me :p, but doing these james goldsmith ones are building my self esteem up to do other writing hits. I'm sure one day my confidence will be high enough to try for the top tier qual. and then I most likely won't get it haha, but at least I'll still have ecig articles to rewrite to make me feel better. :D I've done 5 for him this week and all except one that's still pending approved. I'm sure yall are great at writing so don't worry.

My only suggesting is to stay away from crowdsource or Midwest internet writing hits, they are grammar Nazi's

well i do not use bad grammar when doing his hits of course (hopefully I didnt make his hits seem... "low" or like he accepts anything, that wasn't my point). I'm not saying I submit shitty work. I'm just saying you don't have to be amazing at writing to do them.

  12. Also on writing hits avoid Code White USA, they reject almost everything and never offer any explanation. It shows in their TO, but I found that out the hard way before I knew about you wonderful people and TO and everything else every good turker must know.

    I personally have:
    • MTurk - Expanded header info.
    • Requester ID && Auto Approval Time ...
    • Pending Earnings
    • Today's Projected Earnings

Since I'm still building up my numbers, I do the CrowdSource search keyword HITs whenever they let me. Most of those HITs require you to paste the URL of the result you're working with. Instead of having to visit the link to get the URL (to avoid Google's annoying tracking URL), I use a script called Don't track me Google to remove it.

With that script, I can now just right click the search result and copy the link to my clipboard without having to visit the website if the HIT doesn't require me to.

Here's the link to that one: http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/121923

I don't even bother with them any longer. I used to write for them, and had maybe 50 approvals, most with approving comments about my style. Then one person didn't like it, and they revoked my qual and never answered back when I showed them I was writing exactly what they asked for. I'll stick with their HIT that aren't reviewed by random people so that the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing.
