If you're doing the medcrowd hits, download an extension called Google Personal Blocklist. It'll let you hide domains like yellowpages and angieslist, and make it easier to see the clinic webpages.

does anyone know the actual system of a hit being approved and it actually being in your account balance?

 

Took me 20 min to do 100 medcrowd. So $15 bucks an hour not bad! They are dwindling down now. What a batch, they lasted a very long time. In total I think i did about 1500

 

It's a sad day when there aren't even any Oscar Smith HITs, hah.

I'm doing the shouting hits. They take twice as long as the OS Hits but they pay 3x as much

It varies. Amazon Payments update at weird hours. For example, today it lagged because of stuff your belly day, so at around 2 AM I was able to transfer the bulk of the profit I made, around 180 dollars into my bank account. It came in at once. :-/
