Can't find good HITs? 11/21

lol i'm making ribs! My menu this year is actually Italian themed, i'm making polenta, mac n cheese with garlic, basil and tomatoes, meatballs, and some more Italian inspired things

 

Exactly what I was thinking reading one earlier today! I was thinking.... I wrote like that back in 7th grade. Now I feel comfortable in taking them from Goldsmith

 

Oddly enough, that survey did make me want to listen to music.

 

So far I've done about $25 in Medcrowd. Going to shoot for another $25 and I'm done for the week. So far I've been hitting 168-173 HITs per hour on them. If they were .14 each, I'd be making a little more than $24 an hour!

 

MedCrowd..for those of you who have the qualifier...Someone mentioned earlier that theirs Hits weren't being automatically approved like usual...I think that if you find the URL for the dentist it gets approved. For those that you don't find any, they are still pending. I'm thinking that because of the Holiday, he won't be in so he put some security measures in the Hit to avoid Scammers. Has anyone else noticed?

Edit: Or maybe it's waiting for the non URL Hits to match someone else's result.

 

Italian sounds so good. Glad I found one person in the world who does not think it is odd to not cook a turkey for the holiday!

 

I don't think that's it because all of the HITs i've done earlier have been approved and I know many of those were n/a. I think the system is just slower than usual, which would explain the slight lag between loading HITs

 

Not the case. 85% of the HITs I've done had no URL. They've been approved. The approving is sporadic today, I presume because the system keeps jumping back and forth to approve HITs.

 

we gave up turkey about 5 years ago and I was making chicken but even then we always ended up throwing out more than half of it because after 2-3 times nobody wants anymore. What a waste!

 

Maybe that's it. I was trying to make sense of the sporadic approvals. The one's I worked on like at 3pm PST haven't approved but the more recent ones have in batches.

I'd say it's just a ton of HITs. The counter is in the high 31,000s. When I saw the number it shocked me, I thought they'd just do 3K and that's it. I had plans to watch yesterday's NCIS tonight but I think I'll just do HITs until they finish.

Speaking of thanksgiving, I love turkey! I'd eat it weekly if I could. Nothing like cornbread stuffing, gravy, potatoes and turkey. We had a luncheon for work on Friday and it was marvelous. I almost passed out driving home because the the tripdophan was kicking in!

 

I love turkey too...we are having a turkey and 2 hams tomorrow instead of 3 hams because I insisted. Hey, I'm cooking it, I should at least be able to have turkey!!

 

Yeah, it's weird that we wait till Thanksgiving to eat like we do. But that's probably what makes it so delicious, it's the wait, the anticipation. I can't wait for tomorrow. As far as watching TV and doing the MedCrowd Hits, I swear I've been watching the same show all day because it's impossible to do both. I keep starting them over, keep rewinding. But I don't think that I'll be able to go till they are gone, so good luck with that.

I'm almost at 800 medcrowds and i've been drinking tea so i'm on a caffeine high. Might just get that 1000 after all!

 

Just a warning: minimal writing about a traumatic event-could be a trigger for some people!

 

Joined today I have to say I like this web forum much better than the other one I came across and joined last week. I am new to this and enjoy reading your guys posts thanks so much for the good HITs I'll be sure to share them too but I am still learning and don't want to link you guys to time wasters.
