That Darden hit, he's the one that gave me a reject and a hard block for no reason. Back when I was a newb. I've emailed him before and he won't respond, so do at your own risk. He's the only block I've ever had.

 

am i the only one getting dentists on medcrowds who refer to their practices by multiple names. i've returned like 4 hits in the past 10 minutes.

 

Just got a reject because the qualifier test was a HIT.

I sent him a nice email that said that instead of placing a reject on my record, he should do the qualifier test correctly and through the qualifier system.

The hit wasn't even for any pay. Last time i do that ever again.

 

Does anyone do Speechink Hits?? Please pm and tell me what they are like please..

 

Wow thats pretty sh-tty. a rejection for 0 cents? wth is the point in that. not like it would have cost him anything. should respectfully request the rejection be lifted because it does nothing for him or yourself but hinder you from doing future work.
I would still trash the crap out of his TO

 

They're not fun. I tried getting back into them last night and it was pretty much impossible to focus. They're boring and tedious. I would not recommend them.

On the other hand, I do Speechink and if you have transcription software they can be pretty quick. It also depends on the file you get and whether or not it's easy to transcribe.

What software do you use? And do you just set it to read from the sound file and output text?

 

Express scribe. It still requires transcription but I can manipulate the speed and use hotkeys/macros to fast foward/rewind.
