I hate my paranoia sometimes. There's a new requester that just put up a nice batch, only has 1 review on TO, but it's positive, AND I emailed the requester asking how I can ensure that I won't get rejected and he replied back in less than 10 minutes with a very positive message. And yet I'm still scared to do some in fear of rejection
53, all xfactor and america's got talent morning all! i just noticed that 'today's projected earnings' doesn't include bonuses, i got the $1 from the broken survey yesterday but i'm only seeing the projection for the set masters
I know that feeling.I am so afraid of a rejection I have lost a lot of money holding back. You would think with over 3000 hits I would have some how figured out how to get pass this.I have 7 rejections and each one I thought the world was ending.Any sugestions.
Sometimes it's worth it to take the risk. I once did about 50 HITs for a requester with NO TO, because they paid out at .50 apiece and all you had to do was find questions asked to businesses via twitter... quickest 25 bucks I have made from mturk.

Edge Lab. It was concerning his Shorten Tweets batch. Here, this is what I sent him: Good morning. I am very interested in your Shorten Tweets HIT and would love to do them. What can I do to provide satisfactory work for you and prevent me from getting a rejection? Thank you very much for your time and consideration! And his response: Hello, As long as you answer all three questions (compressing the text to 110, 90, and 70 characters) your HIT will be approved. Please note, however, that due to the volume of tasks that we've created, it may take a few days for yours to be approved. Thanks for your interest! It took him about 10 minutes to respond, so I think that's always a good sign.
This may not help too too much chevymama, but let's look at the math: with 3000 hits under your belt, it would take 30 rejections to move you down 1 percentage point. You might try a few first and see what happens. Also it could be worse...I have a HARD BLOCK from two 1-cent HITS I did on day 2 of turkin!
Oh hon...a rejection is nothing compared to a hard block. I don't have any, but my friend told me that if you get 3 then you're fired from Turk. That's pretty brutal.
So when there is only 1 HIT available I'm always a little leery, I'm not sure how it works but I've accepted HITS that when I finished an came back to the original page it's gone, I can't submit, is that just a coincidence or am I being paranoid to take them when they get down to 1?
Granite 1 page back I linked the credit card review for $3 love those things I could do them all day lol. think that is my 4th and all have paid
Just got this message while trying to accept a HIT. The Requester (The Wharton School) has chosen to prevent you from working on any of this Requester's HITs. Did not receive any type of notification from them or did I do too many of their surveys. Anyone else been blocked from them?
Morning folks. Working on 4 hours sleep here so wheeee. -head desk- Just a brief little reminder.. there is an ignore option on this forum.. and it is our friend.
Nice, this gives me confidence! I just finished it. I also love the "Write about your Credit Union" one!
I submitted 1 of these HITs yesterday. I'm not the greatest at shortening the character count. Waiting to see if that one approves and I may try a few more out depending on my mood/work available! Here is a link that l1n7 posted yesterday for the character count...not sure if you need it or it will help you but it definitely helps me! http://www.lettercount.com/
