    Does anybody know what SA stands for? as in
    This HIT requires that your Location Qualification have a value that meets the requirement "is SA". This Qualification represents an aspect of your account status or history. You can improve some Qualifications, such as HIT submission rate and HIT approval rate, by successfully completing other HITs.
