It will be rejected. He's already changed his father's account to his name, an action which was rejected. A new account would only make things worse.
I thought creating another account in same house is going to be violation of Mturk Policies, so, I just changed its name. I requested them to change back account name to my father's name, but they've not replied to my request yet, I think my money is fortified. Did anyone else received Indian rupee check from Mturk after suspension?
From what I heard, anyone outside of US cannot withdraw their money after their account is suspended.
I received mail from them saying I will get my money back, and I see that there is transaction in my Amazon Payments account that my money is transferred to Amazon FBO account for rupee conversion.

Read the terms of service. I think I read that if they fire you they will send you a check. But thats in the USA, out of the USA it's hard to tell. I know they have a number you can always call them.
