I finally got my approval rate back up to above 98% and... Well, either things are taking a while to process or I need to get to 98.1%? *sigh* Looks like I still have to wait until another day before doing this great CrowdSource HIT :(

Your approval % is rounded up on your dashboard. In all reality you could be anywhere from 97.6%-97.99% and your dashboard will read as 98% even though you aren't actually qualified for 98% and over HITs.

ETA: That's why there are some people that have a 100% approval rate even though they have rejections - it's not really 100%, just close to it.

Maybe they rounded up a 97.9? I get where you're coming from but I don't see them rounding up the first decimal point from 97.5 to 98 for example, because I saw each decimal point go up. Either way, it looks like a need to force some more Redwood HITs :/

You're right - my math was off. It would be anywhere from 97.95%-97.99%. Sorry if I confused you!

Total Submitted minus Pending = Your "approved/rejected" pool
    2611-317= 2294

(Total Approved divided by your pool) x 100 = your approval %
    2247/2294= .9795 * 100 = 97.95%

    UPDATED:

    2271/2318 = .9797

Just a couple more Redwood HITs and I'm IN!

Thanks a lot you two :)

It is in the notification telling that not less than 98% that mean you need to have 99% or more.

    No.
97 is not less than 98. FALSE
98 is not less than 98. TRUE
99 is not less than 98. TRUE
To qualify for the HIT, the statement must be TRUE.
You would be correct if the requirement was "greater than 98 percent"

Whimsy is correct. I have an approval rate of 99.9% with 11k HITs. When I received my FIRST rejection I went from 100 to 99.9 at around 5k HITs. I was unable to do HITs that were 'greater than 99'

I know that 98 is not less than 98 should be true, but I believe it has to be 98.1 in order to qualify. My brother had an issue with that when he had a mass rejection (400 HITs when his gf had hijacked his account) 99.1 to 93.4 OUCH!
