That's what happened to me. No matter what I did, it wouldn't accept my responses. Apparently requester is fixing it and will repost it but if you just caught it, I wonder if it's fixed or not.
I grabbed it too. Had an issue with the submission however. I just contacted the requester and sent my answers. Was approved about 10 minutes ago which was a nice surprise.
It was up this morning sitting for 15 minutes or so. People were probably throwing it back out. I've seen it but never caught one until today.
