I got up this morning, saw that the coffee shop hit was finally up and running, did the entire interminable thing, hit submit, and instead of submitting... it just disappeared! Like it timed out the second I hit submit, or else the submit button was actually formatted to be the return button!! It took forever to get it to run, a second helping of forever to actually do the thing, and now I'm not even going to be paid. I feel like crying. ETA: If anybody catches this thing again, can you give me the requester's contact information? He's not even on TO, so I can't even warn people about him.

My God, I'm having the most horrible day. I got my bank statement yesterday and absentmindedly laid it down with some papers I was going to shred, and guess what? I accidentally shredded it with them, before I had balanced my checkbook. So today, I call the bank to ask for a replacement statement. Only to discover their phone system is set up so that you can never get anybody on the phone. You can only leave a message no one will ever bother to respond to. So I went on their website, thinking I can set up an online account and print it off myself, only to discover the form won't accept my information. It's enough to make a person want to keep all of her money in a fucking mattress.
