I think you have to have at least one rejection to show you're a true and committed turker. jk. I've done ~52,000 HITs and have been at it just under 3 years. Oh, and received the golden ticket email today.
Ive got 2 rejections from when i started turking then quit about 5 years ago lol. Technically i would be first in line considering how long ago i made my account on mturk if i hit 100k with no extra rejects >.> 10k isnt good enough i suppose.

I received Masters 2 years ago with around 9000 hits and 20ish rejects. 3 months mostly inactive (maybe two or three surveys a week). I was shocked. And then decided to make money.
It's true. Over 600k hits and only 49 rejects before getting masters and I'm not even the worse off. I'm not sure if anyone has broke the 2 million no masters barrier but it is entirely possible.

That's great! Not having captchas is the best part. Now you only have to log in every 12 hours for Mturk. I remember when I first got Masters, I couldn't turk that day. Too excited. I couldn't focus. Mixed feelings on Masters Day. The day they give out Masters is a happy day as well as sad day for those that didn't get it.
