How long is wine good for? Like been in the fridge for 4 - 5 months? It's a box, yo.

 

That's probably not any good. But the box might have saved it enough to be mildly drinkable. Once any O2 gets to it, it starts going to vinegar. If it was a regular bottle, I'd say no more than 3 days on the counter, perhaps more in the fridge. The seal on the box might have protected it better, though. Only one way to find out! Good luck!
