If you passed the qualification for Calendar HIT, I think (If I'm not mistaken by reading his last post again) that you should send him an email with your worker ID.
So, from the email, "The calendar collection will not be done on Amazon"... ...what does this mean? What site will we doing the work? How will we be compensated? Just a few of the questions that popped in my head...
I think the hits will be on Amazon. We'll just need to log into another site off of Amazon to find the info.
If it's like it was in years past when he did this, you collect the calendar information from a different site and you get tokens for finished calendars, and then submit them through a HIT on Amazon. It's pretty straightforward and easy. I'm not sure if the process has changed for this year, though.
I asked about this when I got the email. He replied back this... And yes we'll be doing the work on our site we've set up for collection (trust me, it's much nicer that AMT) and then I'll be paying everyone through bonuses on AMT. ...I'm sure he will update us here/fill us in when he can and answer more questions we have about it.
I received the qualification, but have not gotten the email that some of you have. Do I need to do anything else?
If you did not get an email you either haven't emailed him or didn't pass it. Go to your qualifications list and find it, if you have it has a message attached to it with further instructions.

New HITs! I just posted 3,000 HITs @ $0.09 a piece. We are trying to verify whether a company exists. These companies were run against our database and we couldn't match them. We are now trying to determine if the companies actually exist and should be in our database, or are bad companies and should be deleted from the database. I am leaving some freedom to you the turker to make your best decision whether or not the company exists currently at the address given. I've got yet another project I need to work on, but I'll hang around and try to answer questions. Please feel free to discuss amongst yourselves what you think it means for a company to exist. I'll be checking 10% of each workers submitted HITs to make sure accuracy looks good.
