Yeah I dunno. I didn't make so many typos with my last keyboard. I'm always fixing everything now.

Morrisa, I don't even know! I think it's still going. I tried to play again a few years ago but stood around in the bank confused. lol

 

That's pretty much my play experience with...well...every MMO.

 

I used to be very high level and had large groups of people I played with. It felt so weird to then basically feel like a newbie again starting over with no weapons or money or armor (the ex took them all and lost them in battle since I didn't play anymore anyway ... but I had EXPENSIVE shit! lol)

I did have fun with it though. I can't play those kinds of games too much anymore. Too easy for me to get addicted, mostly just to the social aspect of it.

 

This is just like Sergey to tease us on Friday and then leave us high and dry on the weekend.

*gigglesnort* Yeah I've never been very high level in anything. Pretty sure Guild Wars 2 is the only game I reached max. I have horrible alt-itis. Like right now - I logged into WoW, took a look at my 10 characters on this ONE server and immediately thought - I should reroll and start brand new. This is why I've never even hit level 70 in the 3+ years I played this thing, lmao. >.<

I like these games, though. The social aspect is a lot of fun, plus I can smash people in the face with a big ole mallet or shoot arrows up someone's butt when I want to relax.

 

I should say that I was high level in skilling. I loved skilling, and quests. Loved crafting and even farming. I was higher level overall, but my combat skills weren't all that super in comparison.

I started over once, and played on that for a week. I couldn't stand having to redo all the quests and start over in iron armor haha

Now I feel like slaying something.

 

You could grab the 10-day free Warlords of Draenor trial and try WoW. But it'd suck if you get addicted to that because it's got a monthly fee. Umm...if you like farming, you could try Archeage. It's free, and kind of a bot magnet, but it's pretty casual and you could farm and do trade runs and craft and shit. It's not unlimited though - has a labor point system so you will actually deplete points as you do shit. They'll refill naturally on their own while you're online. Kind of a PIA, which is why I quit.

Or uh...ummm...GW2 is free now. Orrrrrrrrr...Aion or Tera. Or Rift. Orrrrr...EQ2. N stuff.

 

Not even gonna try. Nope nope nope. I have too much shit to be doing if I'm not working to get sucked into becoming a gaming addict again lol

I have done WoW too until I got sick of paying for it

It was a batch from requester Survey lol I did 263 and it about killed me...

But no really, if you like the crafty farmy chill-y side more than straight up combat, Archeage isn't a bad choice. Or EQ2 actually. I always get so caught up in crafting furniture, decorating my house, learning languages, and digging up lore that I never actually level.

I was thinking of Gorgon when replying actually. That doesn't suck me in as much, which is kind of nice. I think because the social aspect isn't as built up. I'll have to log back in again. Do you think play at all???

I was reading about Gorgon earlier. I haven't popped in in ages, but it's still kicking. I believe they ran a Kickstarter campaign actually. Looks like they're still running updates and building on what's there. I'm looking forward to it, really. The game is so solid and different already.

I thought of another good casual game for you but totally forgot what it was, LOL. Um...OH, Wurm Online. Much smaller population, mostly crafting, has terraforming, can build a house, kinda hard mode, though. You get food and a light for 24 real hours. After that, your ass is totally on your own (gotta forage/build/craft eeeeverything you need).

 

Would have been a decent payday if you did 500 surveys today in that amount of time lol
