It's not the same as the $8 at all. It was definitely annoying and I too thought it was late but did it anyway...took me ~28 minutes but there's typing so the time could vary.

And I just caught that $5.89 jury HIT. I *really* should have shut TM down and gone back to playing games.

I think you can do it in much less time. If I remember correctly, it was a lot of reading. So, it depends on how fast you read and comprehend.
